I am going to try to get into contact with the Salem Public Library tomorrow and will edit this post accordingly.

Ubuntu Oregon now has a chrome theme available as I recently announced here you can install it from the Chrome Webstore here and below is a screenshot.

There is no IRC meeting planned for December at the moment, and there is a chance that it will be skipped, a very good chance. The reason for this is that the meeting would either fall in the short gap between Christmas and New Years, or on New Years Eve, neither of which would suite anyone.
